The front desk clerk was very helpful and between the front desk and the national reservations center they were able to take care of the billing so there was no money out of pocket for my Fiancé.
I contacted the hotel and asked if they could refund her and use my points instead. She had not eaten and was extremely tired and before I knew it she had payed for the room on her very limited budget. She had traveled several hours by car to get to the hotel and it was late. On her return trip she was going to need to stay at a hotel and I told her to stay at this facility as they had an airport shuttle. Long Over Due Review OUTSTANDING !!!!!!! SERVICE!!!!!! My Fiancé was on a trip to Kansas for a death in the family.
